So just what is Dynamic Energy Exercise™?

Well, maybe a little relevant background on me will help explain.

I have been a devotee of the martial arts since childhood. Over the years, I earned a third degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a first degree Black Belt in Karate, as well as advanced rank in Hap Ki Do. I have studied extensively Qi Gong (Chi Kung), various breathing methods from both East and West, and other disciplines focused on the development of internal energy and power. In my younger years, I competed in tournament sparring as well as full contact kickboxing at the amateur level. Although I received a few dings here and there, I am happy to report that I was undefeated.

Over the years, I have taught martial arts and energy principles to people of all ages. This has been my avocation, and truly a labor of love. At the same time, I was busy with my career, travel, businesses, and so forth - so I was constantly searching for and implementing methods that would make my health and fitness regimen even more effective.

I also battled a pretty severe case of asthma, which led me to invest even more time and energy into learning and practicing breathing and other exercises, as well as nutritional strategies, to help overcome my asthma and improve my overall health.

As a result, I transformed my knowledge and experience into a unique and exciting approach to health, fitness and personal power. My approach leverages time-tested principles and techniques from the martial arts and related disciplines along with modern, proven training and nutrition strategies. In short, it's an approach to exercise and wellbeing that integrates your body, mind and spirit through the focal point of your breath, giving you better results in less time than with conventional exercise programs. It's extremely effective yet easy to learn, and is accessible to just about anyone.
